This webinar, held in April 2024, focused on utilizing social media to motivate and support youth and young adult quit attempts. Structured as a case study, the webinar provided an overview of CYAN’s paid digital cessation campaigns which began in 2020 and were consumer tested with youth and young adult audiences throughout California. Topics included campaign development, testing messages with youth and young adults, message preferences, and campaign outcomes. This webinar also shared CYAN’s best practices for crafting messages to support and motivate quit attempts, as well as the digital cessation resources CYAN has available for the field.
